2018 Actor Application

Apply to audition at the 2018 Unified General Auditions. Application is open until all spots are filled. For more information on eligibility and the scheduling process, click here

Audition times are going fast. Once full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified of any cancelations.

  • AEA/EMC on Monday: Some availability
  • Non-Union monologue only (Tues 1-4pm; Weds/Thurs 10a-1p): Some availability
  • Non-Union singing auditions: FULL – waitlist only
  • Under 18: FULL – waitlist only

This survey will only be seen by TPS staff - after approval, you will be sent an additional survey that will be viewable by auditors. You will also be asked to upload a final headshot and resume at a later date.

A 2018 TPS or PATA Membership is required to audition. To join or renew, click here.
The username of your TPS Membership account. If you don't know it, enter the full name on your TPS profile.
Please email proof of PATA Membership (confirmation email, profile, etc.) to shane@tpsonline.org.

NOTE: A TPS or PATA Membership is REQUIRED to audition. Your application will not be considered until you have joined.

Please list at least one production and producing organization that granted you EMC status.

BFA/MFA Graduate

Name of college you graduated from.
Choose your degree. Please note a BA (Bachelor of the Arts) does not qualify.

Non-Union

Non-Union with 4 or more credits. Please list your 4 most recent eligible THEATRE credits.
Eligible credits:

  • Cannot be self-produced;
  • Cannot be an academic/training/college production;
  • Must be a fully-produced show (i.e. no staged readings)

Waitlist

The Unified General Auditions are not intended for beginning actors; often it's not beneficial for actors until they have reached the eligibility requirements listed above. If you would still like to apply, you can be put on the waitlist.

Based on auditor feedback, waitlist priority is given to those who:

  • Identify as a person of color; or
  • are of an under-represented age group.

All others on the waitlist will be prioritized based on number of eligible credits and date application was received.
