Payment is due in full by your first day of rental. TPS has a seven day cancellation policy. Renters must sign the TPS Rental Contract and Indemnity Agreement annually. 1 hour minimum rental required. Rentals are booked to start and end on the hour or half-hour only.

Much of the Puget Sound theatre community uses the Studio4 rehearsal spaces. As Studio4 is a community driven space, it is important that all users of the spaces respect the community and the rooms. Here are a few notes regarding your usage of the Studio 4 rehearsal rooms. For complete details of the rules and regulations of TPS rental spaces, please refer the Rental Contract.

At the end of each rental period RENTER agrees to the following:

  • Remove all props, set pieces, and other outside equipment. (unless previous arrangements have been made with TPS staff.)
  • Remove all trash and perform any cleaning necessary, regardless of the state in which the room was found.
  • Close all windows and turn off any lights.
  • Leave the door UNLOCKED.
  • Place all tables, chairs, rehearsal cubes, screens, chalkboards, music stands, or other equipment found in the room against the walls in an orderly fashion.
  • Do NOT remove any chairs, tables, or other equipment from the room.
  • Do NOT remove any chairs, tables, or other equipment from any other rental rooms (unless previous arrangements have been made with TPS staff.)
  • Remove all signs posted on doors, hallways, or any other areas on the Seattle Center grounds.
  • Remove any spike tape from the floor.
