Welcome to the new TPS rental request form!
By using this form you will ensure a speedy response to your rental request. Please fill out ALL of the requested information. All information is kept confidential and will not be released to any outside parties or marketing groups.

If you would prefer to mail or fax in your request you may do so. Fill out the online form and when you are finished you will have the option of printing or emailing your request.

Requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. If space is available for the dates/times you have requested, TPS will contact you with your room assignments and your account will be billed. Please note that TPS requires seven days advance notice for all cancellations.

Theatre Puget Sound is in the process of doing a major overhaul of our Rental Request system. In the meantime, to rent space, please send an email to the following email address and include the following:

project/group name
Billing address and email
Primary contact
Name of Project
Rehearsal/Class
Discipline
# of people expected
all dates/times you would like to reserve
