The Hometown Home Loan
Program is an innovative program that was created
to make homeownership an affordable reality
for working families. All Theatre Puget Sound
Members in Washington are eligible to participate
in the Affinity Lending Center's Hometown Home
Loan Program.
This program is one more way that your membership
with Theatre Puget Sound contributes to the
vitality of the Puget Sound Theater Community.
The Hometown Home Loan
Program offers many exclusive benefits and savings,
which include:
- Reduced Loan Origination Fee
The Affinity Lending Center will reduce your
loan origination fee by 50%.
- Reduced Closing Costs
The costs involved with financing a home can
add up. The Hometown Home Loan Program offers
discounts on closing costs such as inspection
fees, appraisals, and escrow fees which can
save you $1,000 or more on closing costs.
- Special Loan Programs
The Hometown Home Loan Program offers a wide
variety of financing options. Flexible guidelines
on many of our loan programs make it easier
to qualify for the mortgage program that's
right for you. In addition, you may qualify
for a special loan program only available

HOI Plus Program for homes purchased in
the City of Seattle
On March 13, 2002, Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels
announced a significant funding initiative
for members of Seattle's labor community.
HomeStreet Bank was awarded $500,000 to enhance
the benefits offered through the HOI Program
for borrowers purchasing within the Seattle
City Limits. Borrowers who earn up to 80%
of the Area Median Income ($54,400 for a family
of four) can qualify for special purchase
assistance program. Borrowers can qualify
for up to $35,000 in down payment assistance
or they can receive rates a full 1% below
current market interest rates through the
HOI
Plus Program.

Eligibility: Individual
members and employees of Theatre Puget Sound
Corporate Members are eligible to get a home
loan through the Affinity Lending Center. Please
note, the Hometown Home Loan Program discounts
are only available through the Affinity Lending
Center. There are no income restrictions for
participation, and you do not have to be purchasing
your first home. You must plan to live in the
home you are purchasing or refinancing.
