To produce plays that dance on the line between comedy and tragedy, taking the light of life seriously and the serious lightly, to create a space where, in Robert Frost's words, "the work is play for mortal stakes." To welcome under Thalia's Umbrella other artists—visual, physical, musical—who also dance on that line.

We produced A Day in the Death of Joe Egg  as part of the Central Heating Lab at ACT in 2013 and received a Footlight award.  Our critically acclaimed production of  A Lesson From Aloes played at the Isaac Studio Theater in October of 2014 and received a Footlight award. We produced Richard Nelson's SORRY at 12th Avenue Arts in June of 2016, and David Wright's When Love Speaks at the Isaac Studio Theater in February of 2017.

We will produce the world premiere of Y York's The Impossibility of Now at 12th Avenue Arts in March of 2018.
