Position Available: Event Manager

Job Description: TPS is looking for a temporary, part-time employee to manage and coordinate the work of the volunteer 2012 Gregory Awards Committee.  This position requires project management, excellent communication skills, event coordination and schedule flexibility.

Timeframe/Terms

We are looking to fill this position immediately. Application deadline is May 28.

The position would run through November 30, 2012. Rate is $12/hour up to a maximum of 400 hours. No benefits.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Create and Maintain master calendar.
  • Be the hub of communication for and manage all committee and subcommittee work.

    • Falls Sustained Achievement
    • Ticketing
    • Facility
    • Program
    • Nomination / Voting
    • Schedule and attend Meetings
    • Take / Distribute Minutes
    • Track Action Items
    • Day of Event Lead October 29, 2012
