Looking for Alexander teachers in Seattle
«

In the ongoing quest to shape up this thing I call a body, I'm on the lookout for teachers, instructors, practitioners, or followers of the Alexander Technique. If you know of someone who you would say really knows their stuff, please drop me a line. If you
are
someone who would look my way if I yelled out "Hey, Alexander person", let me know. If you know a person named Alexander, count yourself among the lucky ones, but don't contact me.

Hey Chad. Lynn Compton is an alexander teacher and she is fantastic.
Freehold should know how to get a hold of her as I know she teaches there.
Good luck !

Andy Zavada. I haven't taken Alexander from him personally, but I have had some pals with great experiences. I also know him personally, and he's a great guy. Contact me if you want his info.

A friend of mine at Freehold recommends Cathy Madden.

Chad -
I've taken from both Cathy Madden (at UW group setting) and Andy Zavada (privately). They were both good. Andy is probably easier to get a hold of. If you don't have his number, he said it was fine to post it: (206)440-0084.
