In the ongoing quest to shape up this thing I call a body, I'm on the lookout for teachers, instructors, practitioners, or followers of the Alexander Technique.  If you know of someone who you would say really knows their stuff, please drop me a line.  If you are someone who would look my way if I yelled out "Hey, Alexander person", let me know.  If you know a person named Alexander, count yourself among the lucky ones, but don't contact me.
