Yes ! What will happen to this performance space? Will it be turned into yet another rental facility, possibly making it cost prohibitive for some companies. Will a collective of companies fill the vacuum? What shall we do...hmm. Wink

Does anyone know?  A shared facility would be great...

I do not know what will happen to the space. It is my limited understanding that the lease is prohibitive whether one or several groups sharing. I suppose one of us could actually contact the owner of the building and inquire as to plans

It's a nice space, but has anyone hung out in Fremont lately? I was shocked at the changes last time I was there - not a thing in sight in any of the stores I could afford, for one. And lots of very chic, very upscale, very young, very white folks wandering the streets. I felt like I was in another city than the place I actually live.

Oh listen to me, the grumpy poor person remembering the "good old days" when everyone was a starving artist. Guess I just like South Seattle more these days.

I am glad the Space is getting to move to a snazzy new (much cheaper) space.
