And in this class, taught by Gin Hammond, all students will have many opportunities to do just that in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Through games, exercises, and discussions, you’ll learn a wide range of skills related to public speaking including breath and voice techniques, body language, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) basics, cultural awareness issues, the value of benefit statements, and more!

Ms. Hammond also received a Kathleen Cornell award, and WA state grants from Allied Arts, The Mayor’s Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs, Artist Trust, 4 Culture, as well as from the NEA.
