Matt Smith has taught thousands of people to improvise. He has taught at Freehold since 1991. He was a member of None of the Above, Seattle Improv, Seattle Theatre Sports, and Stark Raving Theatre, where he and Edward Sampson used improvisation to develop scripted performances.
Matt's solo endeavors include My Boat to Bainbridge, My Last Year with the Nuns, Helium, Beyond Kindness:  Essays in Childrearing, and All My Children. Screen credits include Outsourced, The Immaculate Conception of Little Dizzle, Sleepless in Seattle, Spiderman, and Almost Live. He designs communication training programs for businesses and organizations using the concepts of improv as a foundation. Matt is also one of the premier fund raising auctioneers on the West Coast.
