ShakespearePlus Workshop with Hal Ryder – September 24-25, 2011Spend a weekend studying Shakespeare with Cornish College professor Hal Ryder and guest teachers Kimberley White and Marianne Roberts. This action-packed master class will help you better understand Shakespeare’s dramatic verse and inform your acting choices. The workshop will include text analysis, monologue presentations, classical text voice exercises, games, improvisations, cold readings, and Renaissance Dance.

Hal Ryder: Hal has been teaching Acting Shakespeare and Other Classical Texts at Cornish College for 30 years. A graduate of Drama Studio London, Hal also is CEO for both Educational Arts Resource Services, Inc. and World Arts Access. He has led theater and radio drama projects worldwide, and is a freelance director and actor.
