Ticket Office Representative

We are looking for an interested individual to join our ticket office team at ACT. Our Ticket Office Representatives handle all ticket sales, ACTPass benefits, maintain our constituent database, and are the first line of contact with ACT's patrons.  Applicants should have experience with handling transactions, possess great people skills, some experience with computer databases and/or data management, and most importantly, a love of the theatre and arts. Sales experience, previous ticket office experience, and knowledge of Tessitura Software are a plus. This is a full time 35-40 hour a week position, with medical benefits and electable dental and vision coverage and paid vacation. The ticket office's typical hours are noon until 7pm Tuesday through Sunday, but reps must be available to work until show time on nights with later performances, and occasional events on Mondays.
