The Tour de Chocolate is a 2.5 to 3 hour tour that educates, tempts and informs locals and tourists alike as to the where, when and hows of chocolate. While we have a great tour leader right now, he like most of us on TPS is also a performer and needs of a backup. Our tour is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings from 8:30am until 11:30am. The tour leaders job actually begins at about an hour before this to get the store open and ready for the tour guests.

We are seeking a leader who is willing to do one to days a week and fill in when our other guide is unable to lead the tour. Pay is a $50 stipend plus tips for each tour lead.

In January the company will begin adding a second tour, a wine tour, and in the future there is opportunity to be selected to help lead this as well.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in finding out more about, email the owner of Simple Seattle/Chocolate Box and 106 Pine, Michel Brotman at michelbrotman@comcast.net or call him at 206.396.4815. Please include a one page work resume and a cover letter as to why you should be picked.   Wink

Still looking...There may be new tours in the future as well. This tour pays a straight stipend plus tips.  I know it is early in the morning for us creative types but a great regular paying gig.  We are not desperate to fill the position and are willing to wait for the right person - I know you are out there  Wink. The person must be outgoing, self-starter, loves to entertain, and is at least 21 years of age.

In fact if you want to see what it is all about email me, we will set up a time to talk and then I will find an empty seat on a tour to allow you to experience it before you commit to it.

Thanks! Stay cool.....
