Standard sized bedroom has closet kit, bathroom is large with skylight, living room has vaulted ceilings and more skylights, painted in fun colors (NOT boring white or creme). Right on the bus line (#56 is across the street - #53 stops in front of SBucks).

Unit has a fireplace, balcony with an awesome territorial and water view, laundry is right in the unit (with additional laundry room downstairs), and high speed wireless is included as well.

Must be cat friendly (I have two - they are very well-behaved).

I am a neat and tidy older (mid 40's) professional, active in the theatre community (fund raiser, board member, etc...) who would love to find a room mate that is involved in theater as well.

Split the rent (your share is $ 660.00 - with TPS discount you pay $ 630.00) and I'll pay the utilities.
