I am moving out of my house to prepare for a move to Spain in the fall--
the house is amazing, very sunny and bright.

HOUSE TO SHARE IN COLUMBIA CITY- Available MAY 1st for a six month
sublet, with the option to renew at the end of the lease.  Â Cozy home
within walking distance to Columbia City proper.  Large sunny bedroom,
with an ample kitchen, living room (working fireplace) and bathroom to
share.  An unfinished basement offers space for an alternative area if
desired.  Â Back deck, washer/ dryer and great yard.  You would be
sharing the house with a 35 year-old female musician who works from
home.  More details upon request.  We both are:  responsible, kind,
independent, communicative, financially stable, and fairly neat.  Rent
is $580 plus utilities.  Pet friendly depending upon the situation.
