Four of the current tenants open as galleries for First Thursday and SHIFT also has open hours on Saturdays. The hours of other galleries in the building vary from Tuesday through Sunday, with most open Wednesday through Saturday. You might want to talk with Platform, SOIL, Garde Rail and G. Gibson for a better idea of best open hours. All City Coffee, in the 1,545 SF space on the corner of the Third floor will open this week. Design Commission, a graphic design/gallery has opened in the smaller middle storefront space on Prefontaine.
PREFONTAINE STOREFRONTS
Two storefronts are available on Prefontaine between All City Coffee and the TK Artist Lofts residential entrance. They are each 1,055 SF. They offer high ceilings, great light and walls for showing art work. We would allow two months occupancy rent free for tenant improvements. The rent on the storefronts is $15 per square foot per year. plus the standard commercial triple net arrangement. Triple net has been estimated at $2.50 per square foot per year. We offer long leases, 5 years with 5 year options.
