The new SeattlePerforms.com is online! It's in beta version and I need YOU to test it out.

Signing in to TPS should (hopefully) sign you in to SeattlePerforms as well. Any events you had in the old system should be right there in the new one (in your member record on TPS or under the link "My Events" after signed in to SP). If you could take some time and check to see if your events made it there as well as look around and let me know about any problems I'd really appreciate it so we can have it running smoothly ASAP to be ready for LIVE THEATRE WEEK starting the last week of April. Please put any comments here or email me directly, but here is best so that nothing gets repeated or missed.

There is still plenty to do...like get a whole section going for LTW, a page for openings, closings, etc, and

Hi Scott,

When I log into the SeattlePerforms.com page under my personal name, I receive this message:

"Welcome to SeattlePerforms.com2005422
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '('%02d', month1),day1)>('20050415') LIMIT 5' at line 1"


When I log into the TPS page (via the SeattlePerforms.com log-in link) under White Cat Productions, I see only 1 of 2 events:

I see "Hook the Holy Hollow," but cannot edit it (when I click Edit, it says "You are not authorized to edit this event.").  And I don't see the "Theatre4Play Festival" anymore at all, on the company record or on the SeattlePerforms.com calendar itself.

****Okay, just checked SeattlePerforms.com calendar again, and now I do see "Theatre4Play Festival" listed in June.  But, I still cannot edit the "Hook" listing, nor can I see the "Theatre4Play" listing on my TPS log-in page in order to edit it.  (2:10pm)

Any help with the latter two events would be much appreciated -- thanks!

Don't know how big of an issue this is but, when I click the link in your message, it directs me to the current date page, but none of the listings have any detail nor hyperlinks (the address that shows up in my browser is "http://www.seattleperforms.com").  When I click on a specific date or month, then it redirects to the appropriate index page and all the info is there.

I uploaded all of GreenStage's summer performences, but it doesn't show our multiple venues anywhere.

Looks like the venue information is listed at the top with the show and company details, and not with the performance date. The system allowed me to enter a different venue for each performance, so i assume this is a glitch, yes? Venue name should be listed with the date information, yes?  Should be a link to venue address, etc, yes?

Also, you had sent me an email about adding more neighborhoods to the list. I added 'Seward Park' and here is the current list:
