A list of the new SeattlePerforms features (so far)

  • Can have event reminders emailed to you on the date you choose
  • Profiles for both members and non-members
  • Add Cast and Company lists to shows
  • Cleaner managing of events
  • Unlimited event length (as many dates as you need)
  • Producing theatres rotating 'Featured Theatre' on left
  • Faster, more efficient backend system (php/mysql)

We're adding new features all the time so keep your eye on it! And of course all the old features are there such as emailing events, e-newsletter, archive (shows can go back to the year 2000), searching, etc.

Also, because of the newspaper and banner ads that are running, we're seeing some of the highest visitor rates ever!

Make sure your shows are up to date and let me know if there any features you'd like to see implemented!

You (or someone) needs to give TMP a hand in using the system. They have the same show listed three times to the right of this message - the top entry shows NO performances scheduled, the last entry shows only one on 1 May. The middle one seems to have the full schedule. Three entries we don't need.

I eliminated duplicates from TMP and Seattle Public. Any other duplicates that people have noticed?

If you are an organization or individual posting events - please take note that you can edit events already submitted. Please do not 'start over'. Thanks!
