Female Roommate Needed (Lake City $475, util incl.)

I am in search of a new roommate (mine just bought a condo...obviously not in theatre). So here's the scoop:

2br/1.5 ba (you get the full bathroom, I just use the shower). Apartment was renovated a little over a year ago and is really nice. W/D in unit as well as a DW and microwave. Your room is fairly large with a full size closet. There is a large living room and dining room.

$475 include W/S/G and cable. The electric bill ranges between $40 (every two months) to $100 (in the winter), split two ways. I don't currently have internet or a land line but would be willing to look at that if you are interested. The landlord is really cool and is willing to break up the last months rent ($475) over a few months if you would like. Month to month is fine.

I have two cats. If you have pets we can figure it out. If you don't, you should at least like cats. I have some furniture. You would need everything for your room (although there is a dresser if you want it). My living room furniture is ghetto, so if you have something better I'll gladly give mine to goodwill.

About me: I'm a workaholic who is rarely home. When I am, I read or watch a movie. I don't have guests over much...okay ever...but you are welcome to. I don't mind. If you have a boyfriend (or girlfriend) I don't care if they stay over occassionally, but I'm not looking for a third roommate. I'm clean but not a super freak about it (especially tech week).
