I am going to work out of town for a couple of months and subsequently looking for a great gal (guys negotiable) to sublet my half of the amazing 2800sq ft house i share with my ballerina/creative writing student roomie in North Seattle.
My private quarters consist of; a bedroom the size of 4 bedrooms with a fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking huge private patio (under huge deck upstairs) and fruit tree filled, soccer field sized back-yard, a normal sized bedroom i use a walk-in closet, a large office, a craft room, a reading room, and 2 bathrooms (one just with shower, one with shower and bath). In addition i share a huge kitchen, living room and laundry room with the afore-mentioned roomie. All this for only 600/mo + utilities! It is as good as it sounds and more!
My ideal is a theater gal, but will entertain all inquiries.
Could move in as early as April 21 - leave as late as July 5...
