The # 1 thing this tells me is not only did 60% of unique visitors in May (other stats yes) Bookmark SeattlePerforms.com, others now have the name in their minds and are specifically looking for the calendar as much as a specific show.

OTHER STATS:
Unique and Total Visits broke records in May with a 71% increase in Unique Visits since the beginning of this year and an 89% increase in Total Visits since the beginning of the year.

We are seeing what I consider to be slow and steady growth in visits to the calendar. While I'd love an 'explosion' , I'm happy with steady as I beieive consistency and steady growth will have longevity.
That said, I DO anticipate an explosion in September and October when the Live Theatre Week/Free Night campaign hits - and it WILL hit...

Pages viewed and total hits (every mouse click) have skyrocketed. While these are often exploited stats as they do not represent 'people' I do beleive that this explosion is noteworthy and encouraging. Pages viewed has increased 151% and total hits has increased 355% since the beginning of the year. This tells me that people are viewing multiple events and viewing items other than perhaps the event they came looking for. This benefits everyone. That coupled with the fact that FRIDAYS have finally emerged has the clear winner in traffic - tells me that the calendar IS being used to plan weekend outings.

Now - other stats tell me that only 11 other websites link IN to SeattlePerforms.com. Hmmmm....
Imagine what could happen if that # were say something like 211? And why couldn't it be?  Wink

Our SeattlePerforms.com Monthly e-blast is now being sent out to 842 email addresses - including all types of media: radio, tv, print. It is an impressive thing of beauty!
