Am looking for a houseshare. Daylight, finished basement: living room, bedroom, office room and bath. Laundry Room. Share kitchen and dining room; own fridge. Nice house; front and backyards w/garden & patio; 2 blks from Magnolia Village and shops. .8 miles from Discovery Park. Rent $550 +Utilities. One can't get a toilet in Magnolia for all that rent and space! Looking for quiet, responsible person who cleans up after themselves and will help with light yard work at times. I'm a 50+ actor who's been there and done that so if you're a partier, or have people coming and going, fuggedaboudit! Have 2 very friendly non-hissy-fit cats. Available August 1st.
