I was wondering if anyone knows of a cheap, but nice place to rent in the Ballard/Freemont/Wallingford area.  Studios are fine, it's just me, and i can pay in the area of $500.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My lease is up end of june so i want to move sometime in june. Help?
