Please note that the document says that if no one objects to the settlement, then the court may cancel the hearing, and that objections have to be "filed and served"
four days prior to the hearing. (Response deadline at top right of document states 1/13/06 - which is this Friday.)

I assume it is too late for anyone to file claims, correct?

I'm pretty sure it's too late, yes.
I missed the deadline by a few days, I think, in August 04 - mostly because of having a baby a month earlier. And because of those few days lateness I don't get diddly. Ouch. Ouch ouch ouch. I hate deadlines. My stomach hurts right now.

I assume it means they got my info, but too late. Some people it looks like had their info changed on August 4, mine logged in on August 13. If you look in the last column, you see what people are receiving - 67% of their total. My last column space is, sadly, blank.

I think that's how it reads, anyway - in my non-legal view. Any other insights, feel free to share anyone.

And I am very glad for the community (and many friends) that reimbursement is finally coming! I just wish it hadn't been as complicated as it was - or perhaps I was just overly preoccupied during the filing process.
