Looking for performers interested in a D&D podcast and/or webisode project. See Critical Role, D20 Babes, Harmontown, etc. Certainly it would be an advantage to have experience playing the game, but we'd be more than happy to teach you.
This doesn't pay (I know, I know.) So really this is recruitment for fellow tabletop players, being directed at folks (actors) who are interested in playing D&D, actively recruiting among people with performance skills, and if we happen to build a big audience along the way, well then cool we'll figure out next steps from there.
Long story short, D&D is a game in which voice actors can excel, and which can help improvisors hone their character and story skills. And with the right group it's a ton of fun.
Ideal candidates would be folks who'd like to join a group for regular weekly play. The plan is Saturdays in Lake Stevens.
Dungeons & Dragons is a tabletop roleplaying game in which one player, the "Dungeon Master" is the lead storyteller, and other players assume a character in a community story. Imagine doing a Lord of the Rings adventure but improvising what happens throughout. There are a million rules, but you can learn them as you go.
Dungeon Master experienced in improv performance. We'd be playing with 5th edition rules.
