This is a small student production that will be shot September 20th through the 22nd at four different locations around the Seattle area. Rehearsals will take place 8/26, 9/09 and 9/16. Actors will need to be available all six days.

In a desperate attempt to escape one of his parent’s dinner parties, Brett takes off at a run down his driveway and runs straight into Corinne Calhoun. She’s carrying a metal box and claims to be delivering it to her uncle Jordi, but won’t tell Brett what’s in it. She offers to pay him in cigarettes if he’ll walk her there. He does, but the visit doesn’t go anything like he thought. He quickly realizes that he’s ended up in a part of Corinne’s life that she doesn’t share with anyone.

Character Breakdown / Project Needs
CORINNE CALHOON : Lead : 18-25, female, caucasian
The perfect, all-American daughter of a drug addict. She spends her school days with the cheerleading team and her nights studying to maintain her perfect grades. All she thinks about is a life beyond the one she's currently stuck in. Must be comfortable with light stage combat.

BRETT VOGEL : Lead : 18-25, male, caucasian or Hispanic
Comes from a very well-off family, but he's spent most of his life trying to distance himself from them. He's known as both a rebel and a class clown at school and is most often seen smoking in the boy's bathroom. Lots of attitude, but very naive.

JORDI : Supporting : 35-45, male, caucasian
A ratty heroin dealer with an eye for young girls. Must be comfortable with light stage combat.

ANITA CALHOON : Background : 35-50, female, caucasian
A sluggish drug addict with no intention to get sober.

THE VOGELS : Extras : 40-50, male and female, caucasian
Mr. and Mrs. Vogel are new money trying to be old money. Refined, non-communicative and stuck-up.
