Full Synopsis:
‘Rob Thompson Must Die’ tells the story of four extremely flawed and deeply damaged criminals who invade the home of Robert Harvey Thompson, a wealthy college athlete turned registered sex offender who must indefinitely pay for this crimes. A young crime duo, Donna Peaches and Travis Calvin, have intentions to torture and kill Rob for his horrendous crimes. While an older crime duo, Darren Brown and Jerome Escobar, plan to break in and steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from Rob. When the two crime duos collide in the same house, conflicts arise with a Mexican standoff, and it’s a matter of whether both crime duos can work out their differences or end it all with a bloodbath. But either way…it’s without a doubt, that Rob Thompson must die.

This short film will consist of themes about anger, greed, injustice, including crime and punishment. The message of this film is that “you can’t get away with crime”. This is a dialogue heavy script filled with strong vulgar language. Be prepared to memorize a lot of lines. Please be warned that there are multiple conversations and discussions about rape and sexual assault throughout the dialogue. Must be comfortable with subject matter.

Character Breakdown / Project Needs
Donna Peaches – (Female, Mid 20’s) Donna is a queer girl with a social justice warrior type personality. However, she is fueled with repressed rage and anger, living in an unjust world that is sexist and misogynist towards women, and she is completely fed up with it. She is on a personal mission, going out of her way to torture and kill the registered sex offender, Rob Thompson. She is loyal to her best and only friend, Travis, who sticks with her along the way.
- Caucasian.
- Thin.
- Between 3’5” and 5’0” feet tall.
- Short dyed hair with any bright color.
- Piercings recommended
- Tattoos recommended, preferably on arms.
- Preferably queer actress.
- Ability to cry on command is a major plus.
- Must be comfortable with subject matter.

Robert Harvey Thompson – (Male, Early to Mid-20’s) Robert Harvey Thompson (referred to as Rob) is the registered sex offender that everyone is after. He is an infamous wealthy expelled college athlete who was caught committing a sexual assault towards an unconscious girl behind a dumpster. This got his face spread on the news nationwide. He was sentenced to only six months in jail. Now that he’s out, Rob is panicking, desperately trying to leave the state with hundreds of thousands of dollars his dad gave him. He is trying to escape because he knows officer Darren Brown is going to come after him. However Rob’s home is invaded first by Donna Peaches and her friend Travis. He ends up being hogged tied to a chair and beaten and tortured by the two for a short period of time, and he fears for his life. But at the end of the day, Rob Thompson is a terrible, horrible human being who undoubtedly must die. (This character is loosely based off of the infamous Brock Turner case).
