    Auditions will be held at TPS rehearsal rooms. Those selected to audition will be called or emailed with specific appointment times.

Story Synopsis:
In Monster, our overworked, single mom really just wants her child to wait to be afraid of the monster under the bed after she’s had a shower and a well-deserved class of Pinot. However, this monster may not wait.

 

Other details:
Tentative shoot dates: Early August through Late September.

 

Character Breakdown / Project Needs
Child: 6-10 year old boy or girl (looks young enough to still be scared of the dark, monsters under the bed, etc.)
(For the role of the child, parents will be supplied additional information prior to the audition)

Mother: 28-44 yrs old

Audition/Interview Dates:
July 17, 5-8 p.m., for adult actors and July 18, 5-8 p.m., for child actors

Callbacks or second audition/interview?

Audition Requirements:
Adults auditioning for "Mom" role can bring a short modern monologue or read from the script.

Children auditioning ideally will do a monologue they have done before, but may alternatively read from the script.

Monetary compensation:
Unpaid; Meals, Title Credit
