Seattle Experimental Theater will be holding auditions June 23 from 11-2pm for its latest original long form improv show, The Dark Fantastic.

The Dark Fantastic is an improvised horror story, following one woman’s battle against demons within and without. It will draw from works as Let the Right One In, A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night, Carrie, Alien, Rosemary’s Baby and the Haunting of Hill House.

The Dark Fantastic will be directed by Elizabeth Brammer.

SET is seeking 6-7 improvisers with a minimum of two years of scripted or improv experience to join the cast. Performers of all ages, ethnicities, gender identities and body types are encouraged to audition. Improvisers are encouraged to present both comedic and dramatic skill.

Performers are paid a $10/show guarantee plus profit sharing.
Show dates:
September 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, & 15 at 8pm

Rehearsal/Tech dates:
Tech: September 4 & 5 7-10pm

Rehearsals will be twice a week and held in July and August based on cast availability.
