"Light" is an original life-story based intergenerational theatre production devised and performed by actors of diverse age, gender, and ethnic / cultural backgrounds.

The show will be created by the actors during the rehearsal process.

"Light" will rehearse at Merrill Gardens First Hill (1421 Minor Ave, Seattle, WA 98101 - there is free parking available) from 6 - 8:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays from January 3, 2018 - February 21, 2018.

"Light" will tour to retirement communities, community centers, and schools in King (and possibly Snohomish) County from February 24 - May 30, 2018.

There will be between 15 - 25 touring performances of "Light" scheduled on intermittent Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays during the Feb - May touring block.

We do our best to schedule performances around actor conflicts, but it will be necessary to schedule afternoons performances on some Mondays and Tuesdays.

Actors will receive at least a one month's notice of a scheduled touring performance.

The show is produced by Silver Kite Community Arts, LLC, directed by Jen Kulik, and assisted directed by Allison Letterman.

Silver Kite designs and facilitates intergenerational arts experiences and arts programs for older adults.
