Seeking actors, dancers, movers and artists of all backgrounds and disciplines!

“Quick Bright Things” is black-box take on “A Midsummer Night's Dream,” amplifying all the laughter, danger, and magic of Shakespeare's most produced play. By re-imagining the Fairies as the echoes and shadows that inhabit performative spaces - as the unspoken threat behind all theatrical superstitions - the stage itself becomes the space to be invaded. The raucous laughter of the Mechanicals and heartfelt mishaps of the lovers will intertwine with the treacherous magic of the woods to honestly and playfully present Shakespeare’s words.

The rehearsal process will begin on September 27th. Tech will straddle Thanksgiving, with opening night on December 1st. We will run for three weekends.
