Project Description:
SecondStory Repertory is holding youth auditions for our December 2012 Mainstage production of A Christmas Carol directed by Ken Michels. Music direction by Paul Linnes.
This original adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol is rich with exciting ensemble music, alive with color and movement, and is created to tell this enduring tale in a fashion that will appeal to audiences of all ages.
The show runs December 7-23, 2012. Thursday and Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 1pm, 3pm and 8pm and Sunday at 2pm and 8pm. Rehearsal schedule is Sunday-Thursday 7p-10p and Saturday 12pm-4pm. Rehearsals begin October 28, 2012.

Audition Requirements:
Please come with headshot, resume, prepare a 1 minute monologue and a verse and chorus of a traditional Christmas carol, sheet music is preferred, but acapella is acceptable. An accompanist will be provided. PLEASE NOTE: If you are only interested in a role in the Children's Choir, no monologue is required. |
