Project Description:
A warm-up round to TheFilmSchool's popular Caught in the ACT! series.
Alum Alec Whittle will run the creative gauntlet as his script HOW TO GET TO HEAVEN FROM JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA will be read live by SAG-AFTRA Actors, with real-time feedback from screenwriting and directing pro's.
LOGLINE:
Ten years after making an experimental film with a then unknown actress, two inept southern misfits travel to Hollywood to attach the now famous Heaven to their next "groundbreaking," project.

Before presenting them at ACT Theater, the screenplays are publicly read at the Odd Duck Studio on the border of Capitol Hill & First Hill.

Chuck: 40's Ruthless agent to Heaven
Miley Cyrus: early 20's female popular musician
Shanni: late 30's female Heaven's publicist very by the book.
Sage: Elderly man. Former actor now Maintenance for Porn Warehouse.
Ensemble Parts: one female actor, 30's to 40's.

The rehearsal for this screenplay reading may begin as early as 1pm on Monday, October 29. The reading will start at 7pm at Odd Duck Studio, located at 1214 10th Ave, Seattle, 98122.
Rehearsal will probably be at the Odd Duck Studio as well.
