Project Description:
Two Can Play is the story of Wallis Somerset, an aging reclusive invalid writer who was once quite famous, who hires a gentleman Alex Porter to be her assistant. On the surface, all seem simple and straight forward enough,however we soon find ourselves caught up in a game of manipulation and deceit. Lorin Howard's play leaves you wondering who is telling the truth Wallis, Alex or neither. What are they hiding from each other? The play has a dangerous predatory psycho sexual quality to it. One can describe the play as a cross between Sleuth and Sunset Boulevard--only twisted. Directed by Elizabeth Tanner & Greg Berry
