*Synopsis*: Locally Grown is a comedy web series that celebrates quirky characters and their entertaining situations at a local farmers market. Think a mix between Portlandia, Modern Family and Arrested Development set in a Northwest market. The characters are all grounded in reality but full of quirk.

 

Character Breakdown / Project Needs
Crowd of Protesters, featured folks, and colorful characters wanted for weekend shoot of pilot episode for comedy web series Locally Grown (www.locallygrowntv.com) in Seattle, Washington – Shoreline and Ballard neighborhoods.

We are looking for all shapes, sizes and interesting looks. Even if you don't fit the description of one of the characters, but feel like you have something unique and interesting, we want to see you. (Think of the quirky and fun characters you run into at your local farmers market.) If you have a special skill like juggling, playing an instrument, or other unique skills we want to hear from you.

Shoot dates: October 6 and 7 in Shoreline and Ballard. Some roles may need to be there both days; others may only be needed for one day or a half-day. Credit, copy of film and food provided.
