Project Description:
Opera on Tap is a non-profit organization whose mission is to break down the stereo-type that opera is a stuffy or elitist art form by bringing it to bars. Local singers let their hair down and bring you into what feels like an after hours back stage party, singing some of opera's best known and little known pieces in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Opera On Tap Seattle has been featured on the cover of Seattle Weekly (Spring Arts issue), King 5 News, Seattle Times, Seattle PI, Seattle Met Magazine, and in The Stranger as a featured event.

Audition/Interview Dates:
Oct. 8th (Monday) 5:40 to 9:20pm slots

Audition Requirements:
1 aria or art song (no musical theatre, pop, or other)
Be prepared to provide a spoken intro as if you were talking to a crowd in a bar.

Please email a copy of your resume, as well as list of arias/ensembles you would be willing to sing at an Opera on Tap show.
