Character Breakdown / Project Needs
In Ink Characters –** have the most lines

Martin Rabinowitz** – Late seventies to early eighties, but could possibly be played by someone in mid sixties. Martin Landau type would be nice but the part is flexible enough to go more towards a Mel Brooks type if played right. He is of a slight or medium build, possibly with a slight paunch, and not overly tall. Has a look of deep sadness coupled with an inner strength. He is nicely dressed (and is not Orthodox cliche looking). Beard maybe but no peyes or other stereotypical Jewish markers.

Mrs. Rabinowitz – Same age range as Martin Rabinowtz. An obvious Jewish grandmother type. The ideal would be an Estelle Getty type but could be more of a shorter Bea Arthur aswell. Grey hair preferred but could also be obviously dyed or a wig.

Weezer** – In his mid-thirties to early forties and moderately tanned. Has an older “sleeve” on at least one arm. Has a vaguely biker look,T-shirt and jeans. Beard could work, hair whether long or short should be distinctive. A strong character type, and obviously a people person,friendly/outgoing. Either taller and thin or shorter and stocky. Prefer to avoid average height and weight.

Paramedic 1 – Clean cut boy next door look, in his late 20s. Young Martin Milner type.

Paramedic 2 – The experienced veteran. Aged in the thirties, can be heavier set a more casual appearance in terms of grooming hair length, etc.

Neighbor Woman** – Aged in her 50s (though could be 40s) to early sixties. Not stylish but not frumpy either, okay maybe a little frumpy. Medium height, moderate weight, a bit of a character (unusual hair style perhaps) but not over the top.
