Project Description:
Seattle Opera Youth Chorus Auditions
LA BOHÈME(Seattle Opera mainstage opera)and OUR EARTH
(a newly commissioned cycle of 3 operas to be produced in partnership with Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra)
Seattle Opera is auditioning children 7-17 years of age who have unchanged voices (treble voices only), both boys and girls encouraged to audition.
Children are asked to sing one memorized piece, in any language.
Children must bring sheet music with them.
Audition date: Sept. 8, 2012 10am – 5pm
Appointment necessary.Positions are volunteer
LA BOHÈME performs Feb. 23-Mar. 10, 2013

OUR EARTH performs Feb. 10, Apr. 20, Jun. 8, & Aug. 3, 2013
(4 performances)
