Ballet Bellevue’s premier of Handel’s Messiah is coming to Bellevue’s Theatre at Meydenbauer Center in December 2012! This unique production is designed to bring ballet and opera together on the same stage. Following the success of two ballet companies on the East Coast, Ballet Bellevue is excited to host the Northwest premier of this extraordinary work featuring original choreography which will highlight the strengths of our company dancers. Ballet Bellevue’s premier of Handel’s Messiah will bring people in our community together in their love for the performing arts.

 

Character Breakdown / Project Needs
3 Male Dancers
- Age is flexible
- Training in: contemporary, modern, ballet, and/or jazz
- Some roles require partnering experience
- Strong technique is essential

Audition Requirements:
Be prepared to attend company dance class/warm-up and rehearsal. Your audition will be primarily with our choreographer.

Monetary compensation:
$150-$300 depending on role
