Project Description:
We are looking for a lead actor, African American male age 45-55, for the feature film "Backyard Man". The role will require roughly 13 days of shooting in Seattle some time in July or August. You must be able to shoot for a two week period, so if you're in a local play that runs half the week its probably not going to work, but we may be able to work around some schedules.
This is a paid role. We do not have a set date for auditions, we'll just be setting them up at times convenient for all parties in the next week or so. They will be conducted in South Beacon Hill and sides will be provided ahead of time as well as some character info.
We're casting the net far and wise for this and trying to see as many people as possible from all over the country, SAG and non-union. Actors submitting for this should have experience in theater or film. Please submit a current headshot and resume. Thank you!
