Project Description:
Auditions for actors and singers age 16 and older at the time of audition for both the TMP Mainstage and the Tacoma Children's Musical Theater 2012-13 seasons. TMP actors present six fully-staged, Broadway-style musicals on the Mainstage season and three fully-staged musical versions of children's and classic literature for family audiences (TCMT). An appointment is required to audition at TMP. Auditions for youth actors age 15 & under will be scheduled per show as needed beginning in September 2012.

Audition/Interview Dates:
July 23-26, 2012. Evenings beginning at 7pm

Callbacks or second audition/interview?
Callbacks and dance calls scheduled as needed per show.

Audition Requirements:
Auditions for actors and singers age 16 and older at the time of audition for both the TMP Mainstage and TCMT 2012-13 seasons. Prepare two contrasting songs from musical theater. Bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist is provided. No a cappella or recorded accompaniment auditions. An appointment is required to audition at TMP. Callbacks, dance calls and youth auditions scheduled as needed per show.

Describe any monetary compensation:
Travel stipends paid to all Mainstage performers age 18 and older. Stipends vary by casting.
